Inscribed by David Small on title page. Stated Second printing, 1989. Slate colored end papers are bright and clean - no writing. The rest of interior pages have NO writing, tears or heavy creases. Binding firm - no loose pages; Maroon cloth board covers are clean and bright; .This is NOT an ex-lib NOR is it a remainder. Illustrated DJ is bright and complete. DJ has light edge wear, and small closed tears on both front and back. DJ is NOT price clipped, price sticker ($13.95) on back of DJ; DJ is protected in a mylar jacket. Note: We use "Fine" book condition judiciously; only when the book exhibits no flaws. A Fine book closely approaches ‘As New’ condition and may not have been previously owned. Any flaws (writing, tears, creases) are exceptions to a Fine condition and should be clearly described for a book and dust jacket.

Autumn Leaves Books has been in the book selling business since 1996 in the Chicago and NW Indiana region. We specialize in fine illustrated and collectible children's books, children's literature, fairy tales and mythology. We also offer an eclectic mix of quality rare & out of print books on a diverse range of non-fiction subjects. Browse our storefront and you may find books on history, Civil War, WW2, philosophy, as well as vintage paperbacks and older science fiction books. We make every effort to fairly describe the condition of the book and identify any flaws (writing, tears, creases, folds), including that of the dust jacket. We use the "Fine" book condition judiciously when grading of the book or dust jacket. Our books are well cared for and most dust jackets will be in clear protective coverings. If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail.…
