Illustrated covers exhibit moderate wear on corners, edges and spine ends. Soiling and shelf wear on covers and edges. Yellowing on page ends. Gift inscription by author on upper corner of inside front cover. Text is slightly yellowed, otherwise clean and unmarked. Hinges are tight. Illustrated with many b&w photos and maps. The history of Olive, Michigan published in keeping with the Sesquicentennial celebration of the State of Michigan, 1837-1987. Very nice drawing of the old township hall which was built in 1892 on the front cover. All of our books are individually inspected and never ex-lib unless explicitly described as such.
