Hardcover; no dustjacket. Signed, inscribed the the author on the front flyleaf, and dated "Chicago / 5/25/33". Inscription reads: "To / The one beautiful lady always ready to help - hand & heart. I really know". Wear at the spine extremities and corners; and a 3/16" spot of wear at the top edge of the front board. Opaque stains and some light rubbing to the boards. Spine gilt a bit rubbed, dull. Page edges and endpapers age-darkened. Pages a bit age-toned, but clean. ; 27D; 8-1/2" x 5-1/4"; 171 pages; Signed by Author. Seller Inventory # 62730
