John Pomeroy called Marino & on the west by a by-road leading from Stillorgan which divides the premises from Woodbine Cottage now or latein the possession of Captain Edward McNaughton. The sums to be paid include £300 and an annual rent of £120 payable half yearly in March and September. Original deed on vellum in good order.Signed and seled by Vance & Tipping.
