Bound in maroon leatherette boards with gilt lettering to the front cover. States 1st edition of 100,000 copies on the title page. A VG copy. The Author uncredited but there is a warm inscription "To Percy Fletcher from his friend the author - Alf Mattison, August 2, 1920". At the back of this fragile book is a map of Leeds showing the Tramway Car Routes for Leeds and District. This book is likely to be of interest for Leeds social historians of the early 20th century.
