Original publisher's clear plastic dust jacket is somewhat wrinkled and with a clean split along the rear flap fold. Original publisher's two-part paper over cardboard presentation box with a large decorative paste-label to the box top, with two split corners to the same and a few very minor touches of wear to the extremities for what is a lovely example of the original publisher's box. EXTRA SUITE OF THE [15] COLOR PLATES IN ORIGINAL PUBLISHER'S ENVELOPE AS ISSUED. Illustrated endpapers. xxviii, 314 pp.; [15] leaves of plates: color illustrations.
