Dust jacket soiled and well rubbed with small chips, nicks, short tears, and some creasing/bumping at edges; front flap is not price-clipped. Olive cloth; faint staining to boards; bumping at board corners and spine heel. Unfortunate ink underlining and margin marks amongst text; interior leaves bumped at their top fore-edge corners too. Binding is firm. Author's three-line black felt tip ink inscription "Denton | Best Wishes | Chet Karrass" at front free endpaper's top left.
