Also contains three color serigraphs signed by both D'Ambrosio and Mundell, serigraph initials and text ornaments. Binding in the form of a red velvet clam-shell box, with an inset relief serigraph covered in gold leaf. Spine, and edges of the of box show some splitting to the paper.
