Auflage Exemplar Nr. 94/100. 58,8 x 49,4 cm (Darstellung / Platte), 80 x 63 cm (Blatt).Tadellos. Sehr guter Zustand.Friedrich Meckseper (1936 Bremen - 2019). Deutscher Maler, Grafiker, Zeichner und Schriftsteller. 1952-55 Mechanikerlehre. 1955-57 Studium an der Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart unter Karl Rössing, 1957-59 an der Hochschule für bildende Künste Berlin unter Wolf Hoffmann. In dieser Zeit entstanden erste Radierungen. 1961-84 lebte und arbeitete er im Künstlerdorf Worpswede. Sein ausgeprägtes technisch-konstruktives Interesse dokumentierte er 1972-74 mit dem Bau eines Dampfbootes sowie mit mehreren Gasballon-Flügen über die Alpen zwischen 1978 und 1986. Ab 1985 in Berlin tätig. Gemeinsam mit seiner Ehefrau Sibylle Lewitscharoff verfasste er eine Fortsetzung ihrer Erzählung Pong (Pong revidius, 2013).
