Boulder, Colorado. Pruett Publishing Company. 1991. Octavo (9 x 5). 146 pp. Limited Edition. Book number 49 of 100 copies published. Signed by the author on the limitation page. With a size 4 olive and black Woolly Bugger fly dressed by John Holt mounted under clear plastic on the inside front cover. Black and white photos. Text map. The book is a river-by-river guide to primary trout streams in the state. The limited edition was bound and sold by the fellow who at one time ran The Angler's Art. If you subscribed to Fly Fisherman Magazine in the 1970s-90s, you may recall its full-page ads for recently published fly fishing books. Occasionally it offered out-of-print and scarce fishing titles at what a book-selling friend called "amusing prices." When the interweb got rolling in the 2000s, the amusing factor quickly faded with the deluge of fishing books, and coincidentally, so did the business. I sold this same book for $175 five years ago. Not now, with the sometimes relentless downward pressure on pricing; what the interweb gives, it also takes away. Now that's a bit amusing, too. The book is bound in quarter brown calf spine with marbled boards, gilt titles, and titling label on the front cover. Marbled endpapers. A nice book. Fine.á.…

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. My chosen shipping option is the U. S. Postal Service. USPS is the best in terms of service and cost efficiency ¿ even though recent overseas rates, effective January 2013, have skyrocketed. USPS requires mails sent overseas and Canada can ONLY be sent by AIRMAIL. Charged at actual cost. Other overseas shipping options are available, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.; however, they are frightfully expensive.
