Near fine reprint SIGNED with Torode's dynamic signature on the title page. The DJ is near fine. No nicks and the corners are very good. The DJ is bright and clean with no marks. There is no edge wear/shelf wear to the Dust Jacket. Not price clipped. The gorgeous DJ also turns into a simply wonderful large poster (on great thick quality paper ) of all the beef cuts. Nice for a butchers shop or just for the kitchen wall. The book itself is fine. Tiny bump to bottom right hand corner of pale green boards but this is under the DJ. The pages are bright and clean and the spine is tight. Fold out section also in the centre of the book. 256 pages. Being sold by a long established UK bookseller and NOT a mass lister; ie., this book is just as described and NOT damaged in any way, other than as described and it is certainly not an ex-library book. About the Author

John Torode is best known as the straight-talking and acerbic co-host of BBC's MasterChef and Celebrity MasterChef. Australian by birth, he came to the UK in the early 1990s and joined the Conran Group, where he was head chef at Mezzo. John now runs Smiths of Smithfield in the heart of London's only working meat market. A new venture, The Luxe, opens this year. John contributes food articles to many magazines and newspapers and appears regularly on radio and television.
