Some fading to the top two inches of spine and covers, but I have seen several other copies over the years and they all look like this. A crease to top corner of front cover and minor scuffing to those on back cover, a scuff to left-hand side of spine about two inches from the bottom, but oherwise a good clean copy, with no creasing to the spine, of this soft-cover book. Inscribed and dated by the author on half-title to previous owner ("Tresta, Shetland 2006, To . with best wishes") and also signed on the title page. Deals with the author's garden near Tresta in the west of Shetland, which she created on a desolate croft. 241pp, colour illustration throughout. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
