Signed and inscribed by author to war correspondent and author Thomas Goltz on title page. Small octavo (21 cm), pp. 184. Illustrated wraps. Slight reading wear, else fine. Guare's 1968 Drama Critics Circle Award-winning classic, combined here with its sequel. Goltz was the author of numerous books of his overseas journalism including Chechnya Diary and The New Silk Road, as well as his memoir of performing Shakespeare as puppet street threatre throughout Africa, Assasinating Shakespeare.
