About this Item
Edition limited to 200 copies. [3], 39 p. 25 cm. 88 b&w line drawings. Card covers wrapped in mylar. Signed by the artist and dated 1965. A pretty booklet featuring drawings by Thoreau MacDonald, son of Group of Seven member J. E. H. MacDonald. Being colour blind, Thoreau worked mainly in black and white. It turns out to be the perfect method to capture the history, charm, and occasional bleakness of the "obsolete" small Ontario farm. Seller Inventory # 134912
