Flexible leather covers, bound with leather cord. Signed by the author on the title page. Moderate rubbing to top edge of rear wraps; it looks as though someone tried rubbing off a previous price written in ink. Otherwise the booklet is in very good condition. A history of Western Bank and Mesilla Valley. The towns in Mesilla Valley were part of interesting historical events such as 1850s Mexico-US boundary disputes, battles of the Civil War, and Wild West era shenanigans.
