It is signed on the cover by Edward Albee and cast members Mercedes Ruehl and Bill Pullman. This play won the 2002 Tony Award for Best Play, the 2002 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Play, and was a finalist for the 2003 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. A worn copy with some creasing to the cover edges and a few small edge tears. The text is good with some creasing to several pages and a few folded corners.
