357pp. Signed by author on title page: "To the people of Clyde, Ohio, the birthplace of my father-in-law, ____ Woody (or Worthy?) Ginn __, and where he met my friend Karl Anderson (see pp 175-177) Wiilliam Powell Jones." The former owner has written "b Oct 30, 1901" under the author's name. The former owner was an art teacher in Clyde (Karl Anderson was an artist, as well as brothr of Sherwood Anderson), and there are many ink & pencil notations in the margins in the preface and chapters 4 & 5. Looks like she either wrote an article or gave a talk. Corners bumped, and foxing on page edges, else very good.
