Stiff paper covers rubbed with minor wear at edges, slight curling at front cover's fore-edge corners, light crease near rear cover's fore-edge, silver and white large oval "Autographed Copy" sticker affixed at front cover's lower left. Touch of soiling to edges. Author's boldly written blue ink signature upon the half-title page. Interior pages are otherwise clean. Binding is firm. A very good copy. Classic book of Carolina ghost stories by Nancy Roberts (later Nancy C. Brown after a divorce from her photographer husband) first published in 1962.
