Rosembluth (1886) was born in Germany, a country he fled soon after Hitler took power. Having joined the Zionist Civil Service in 1910, he played an importnt role first in confronting the terrible scenario the Nazis were preparing for the European Jews and later in turning Palestine into the Jewish State his people were dreaming.
