Covers have moderate handling wear such as creased corners and moisture stains present along the top and bottom edges. Spine is heavily creased with bumped edges. Text block is straight with toned edges. Binding is secure. 254p. Interior has foxing but remains unmarked with toned pages. Bikels' signature can be found on the front cover of the booklet included in black marker. Covers of booklet have some creases along the fore edge and a small tear at the top edge. Interior is unmarked with toned pages.
