Item description from seller

London: Elkin,Mathews & Marrot, 1930. A very attractive small book by one of the leading lights of the Irish literary revival of the early 20th century, a founder of the Abbey Theatre. This is a Very Good Plus to Near Fine copy of the Limited Edition (530 copies) SIGNED by Lady Gregory on the Title Page. Decorative paper-covered boards with a lavender cloth spine and a paper label on the front cover. Clean text, perhaps starting to tan at the edges. Endpapers typically foxed. Numbers 500 to 530 of the printing were reserved for presentation; Quercus believes this copy to be #517, but the writing is not perfectly clear. Present is the extremely scarce dustwrapper, but it is in poor condition, having separated at both flaps and the spine; currently it is held together by an archival plastic protector. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Signed by Author. Limited/Numbered. Hard Cover. Very Good Plus/Poor. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
