All edges gilt. Silk bookmark. Frontispiece By Kent Bash. Signed by the author on the limitation page. Laid in is a publisher's note card about the book and author; an unused bookplate, and an certificate of authenticity signed by the author, as well as by his wife, Karen, and the publisher.
