First collected edition, first printing, trade issue. Signed by Samuel Beckett in ink on title page of Waiting for Godot, inscribed to former owners. Complete in 16 volumes, all bound in publisher's dark navy cloth with silver stamping. Fine in Near Fine dust jackets, all with the exception of More Pricks Than Kicks unclipped, occasional crease to flaps. Wear to head of Murphy's dust jacket. Very light stain to top edge of Watt and The Unnamable's text blocks. Front free endpaper of Malone Dies stuck to paste down. Nice shape overall. The Irish writer's complete published works as of 1970 in matching bindings and jackets, signed on his best-known work, the play Waiting for Godot. Seller Inventory # 140945283
