Warner's preface and the contents page loose but present. In the original illustrated cloth. Very good condition. Gift inscription to Claud Burton (Yorks, 1914) from his brother D.C.F.Burton (capt. Yorks, 1919-21) whilst the latter was captain (dated Dec. 25th, 1920). Signed with initials only. Seller Inventory # 28738
