5 1/2" x 8 1/2", 2 pages (1 leaf recto and verso). Very good. Program signed by the five illustrators: Helen Doss, Margaret Leighton, Holling C. Holling, Leo Politi and Charles Coombs. Provenance: from the estate of Marc and Marcella Rabwin. Marc Rabwin was a Beverly Hills Doctor to the stars and Marcella Rabwin was assistant to David O.
