Signed program. 24 pp. Subscription performance, first performance of the 1950-51 season. (Wednesday Evening, December 6, 1950). In stapled wrappers. 23 cm. Signed by Cesare Siepe and two other performers. With rubbing and age-toning to both wraps, split at the fold just below the lower staple, else very good. An Italian basso cantante, Siepi is considered to have been one of the finest basses of the post-war period. His international reputation was established in 1950, when Sir Rudolf Bing brought him to the Metropolitan Opera in New York to open the 1950 season. Seller Inventory # 340789
