Item description from seller

[4], viii, 86pp, bound in flexible boards, with the binding and hinges tight. With a lengthy inscription to Sanford Judson Dunaway inside the front cover, signed by Joan M. Beamis. There is also a typed and signed letter from Beamis on her letterhead, addressed to Jud, dated July 18, 1975, discussing how her own family kept their secrets about the James Family, with her Dad finally spilling the beans, regarding their connections and relationship to the James boys. Mentioning "When you told me that Nanna had once confided in you of her relationship to the James boys, I realized anew how much she regarded you as a friend - that was more than she did to her own grandchildren".
