1 page, 4.25 x 5.75 inches, Pottsville, Pennsylvania, July 21, 1899, complying with an autograph request: "Dear Sir: Your request made some days ago, that I send you my autograph, is herewith granted, Yours very truly, Cyrus L. Pershing." Mounting remnants on verso create the appearance of uneven toning. Very good(-) condition. Pennsylvania Judge from Cambria County best remembered for his staunch anti-labor and anti-immigration platform that would later figure prominently in the Molly Maguire saga.
