The experience of moving to and living in a different culture is one that is difficult to imagine. The opportunities may be endless, but the challenges can be confusing and overwhelming even when you feel well-prepared. Ways of managing your life that have been effective before relocating may no longer serve you. If you are looking for new and creative approaches to help you or your clients to make the most of the experience of living in a different culture, read this book. The author, Natalie Tollenaere, leads you through a creative journey that is inspired and informed by her extensive personal and professional experience of creating her own path and helping others to live an internationally mobile life. Although many of us are intimidated by art, this book is anything but intimidating. The combination of personal stories and accessible tools produce a user friendly book even if you are completely new to art. The author invites you to engage with the material and make it your own though guided "Creative Reflections". Through new and unique approaches to "making friends" with your experiences, you are empowered to move through the confusion that can lead to loss of connection with yourself and your environment. Read this book to generate even greater possibilities for your internationally mobile life. Jennifer Bradley, PhD www.careeroptionscoach.com
