From the Author
I have not written "Thirty Days to Thinner Thighs and A Better Love Life." While that might disappoint some readers, it may hearten others. My book is about real people, real problems, and real solutions - that work.
If you are struggling with destructive anger in your marriage (remember it can be hidden anger!) I promise that you will find yourself and your ANGRY LOVESTYLE in these pages. You will also find ways to break out of these self-defeating patterns.
Are you a
PROVOKER, SURPRESSER, VENTER
or one of the many other negative styles?
Discover your pattern and break its hold.
To the best of my ability as therapist and writer I have tried to impart the insights about anger and marriage gained in my office to you the reader. Since its publication, I have been deeply gratified by the response from readers who call to tell me how much understanding they have gained from my work.
The human heart is a most vulnerable organ. It often needs help. I believe that the Angry Marriage can offer healing help.
Please know that I am always interested in knowing how it may have helped you.
