- Octavo. A few words sending his autograph penned on a cream sheet of his personalized letterhead, 7-1/8 inches high by 4-1/2 inches wide. The letterhead is bordered in black. Signed "Yours very sincerely / W. G. Cusins." There is some very light foxing & soiling to the letterhead & scraps of gray paper adhere to the verso where the letter has been removed from an album. Folded once for mailing. Very good. Cusins responds to a request for his autograph.Sir William George Cusins [1833-1893] was an English pianist, violinist, organist, conductor and composer.
