- A 3-1/4 inch high by 5-1/2 inch wide sheet of paper, mounted on a secondary sheet, boldly signed by Paul Whiteman. There is some minor rubbing with an thin ink stain to the verso with minor faint stains from the glue on the recto. Very good. Paul Whiteman (1890-1967) was an American bandleader called the "King of Jazz". He debuted George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". Seller Inventory # 97661
