Dust-jacket reads: When South African President de Klerk lifted the ban on the African National Congress (ANC) in February, 1990, the western media greeted the event with great enthusiasm and extensive news coverage and analysis. Lost in the seemingly endless reams of praise for the ANC was any significant appreciation for the terrorist track record of the organization and its long-standing sinister relationship with the South African Communist Party. In Inside the ANC, Morgan Norval details the history of the ANC and unmasks the brutish face of a vicious, power-hungry subversive organization. Digging behind the facade, Norval exposes the interlocking leadership between the ANC and the South African Communist Party, which has existed since the founding of the ANC and which continues to this day. Despite the unmitigated repeated failure of Marxism-Leninism as either a political or economic system, the ANC front men have persisted in their armed struggle to establish yet another "progressive" or communist-controlled regime on the continent of Africa. Such is the power of leftist propaganda, abetted by general Western myopia, that normally pragmatic politicians are lionizing and feting front men such as Nelson Mandela as they travel the globe raising funds to finance the ANC campaign of terrorism and subversion of the political process. Norval explains just how the ANC has cynically and skillfully exploited legitimate political grievances and understandable opposition to the horrors of apartheid to divert attention from the true nature or their ultimate goals and objectives. In doing so, Norval exposes to the light of day, many of the truly unsavory aspects of the ANC-Communist alliance and an agenda that many would prefer to keep hidden. Inside the ANC provides an insightful explanation of the present situation in the Republic of South Africa and identifies the principal obstacles to the achievement of a genuine democratic solution.
