Bob Osmon overcame a boyhood illness through hard work and made a pact with his best friend to condition themselves and improve so that they could win the championship in their senior year. They encountered Evan Ellis, a tough, almost brutal coach. Coach Ellis was harsh and demanded much of the boys...enough to win the championship. Zee Bees is an emotional and exciting look at High School life in the rock 'n roll 1950s, written lovingly by the man who lived it!

About the Author

Robert E. Osmon graduated from Zion-Benton High School in 1955 and the U.S. Naval Academy in 1960. He achieved the rank of Captain in a distinguished career.
