Pages are tight and clean with no marks. the lower fore-edge corners of the first 50 pages shows a small stain (about the size of an eraser head). Other than the presentation, No name of previous owner. No musty odor. No tobacco odor. No water damage (first 50 pages already noted). No soiling. The dust jacket priced $3.50 (not clipped) show light wear, spine is sun faded. DJ in an archival grade protector.
