Item description from seller

Buckram with Decorated Boards. Very Good/No Jacket as Issued. Signed by Author. This fine production was published in an edition of 700 copies, numbered and signed by the author. It is a handsome book, but so much more than just that. It is beautifully written and fascinatingly timeless. Do you know how it feels to walk into a first-class hotel with no luggage but a rucksack? Okay, that's very much of its time, and there is a lot of such stuff in the book, but it is also a pertinent look at the writer's trade. Bound in beautiful patterned paper over buckram boards; great antique laid paper; this is the stuff of the book fetishist. Two of the corners are bashed, one is decidedly biffed, but the fourth is almost perfect. A rare title, and a handsme book, even when taking the faults into consideration. 0.0 0.0 0.0.
