Three volumes published 1905-1907 bound as one in a flexible cloth case binding with teg, and inscribed by Crowley to British free-thinker G.W. Foote on the first free end page, with a handwritten and signed letter to Foote dated 17.1.09 tipped to the same page. The book has some pulling and short tears to the gutter of the first volume's table of contents, and the section containing p. 3-14 is unpunched and only partially bound in, but secure at the tail. The first volume also has cross creasing to the title and first few pages, and a small penciled library mark to the head of the preface, with a brief note and small areas of peeling to the front pastedown and a small library debossed stamp to the rear pastedown. The case has bumps to the spine ends and corners, wear to the edges with curving around the fore edge, sunning to the spine and edges, and rubbing with smudging to the cloth. Overall, a solid, Good copy. Additional images are available by request.
