Maroon cloth hard back with gilt tooled type and emblem on front board. Four full page black and white plates of details from the Haggadah. The story of the creation and the dispute around the ownership of the Darmstadt Haggadah. Some wear to edges of the binding but otherwise in excellent condition. The author, wife of Rabbi Herman Rubenowitz, was curator of the Jewish Museum of Temple Mishkan Tefila, Boston.
