This signed and inscribed book written by Secretary of War under Taft, Secretary of State under Hoover, Secretary of War under Roosevelt and Truman. Stimson influenced American foreign policy in his long career. Despite slight yellowing pages because of the early date, this book is in better than good condition, binding is tight and text is clean. There are several black and white historical photographs within. No dust jacket. Extra postage outside of the US.
