Koontz and illustrator Phil Parks on the reverse of the first free endpage. Black leatherette covers and spine with gilt illustration of a carousel horse on the front cover and gilt lettering on the spine. Black and white illustrated endpages with black and white as well as color illustrations inside. Beautifully illustrated dust jacket. A very attractive edition. The book itself is pristine. The dust jacket's only flaw is a single 1-inch crease along the bottom edge of the back panel. It has been put in a clear acetate sleeve to keep it in great condition.
