Dr. Benjamin Spock, the mega-seller author books on baby care and child-rearing, Yale Chaplin William Sloane Coffin Jr. and three others were convicted and sentenced to prison for subverting the military draft. But the verdicts won by the prosecution in a flawed and unsightly trial were thrown out on appeal. Inscribed by Jessica Mitford to a previous owner on the front endpaper. Cloth, 272 pages.
