The five broadsides each combine the work of a poet with an artist; the combinations are: John Cotton & James Parfitt [Visiting] / Wendy Freeman & Cherry Hulls [Ad Hoc] / B.C. Leale & George Szirtes [Offer (For Bernard J. Kelly)] / Peter Porter & Paul Martin [Daily Mirror Nightly] / Peter Scupham & Clarissa Upchurch [The Gatehouse]. Each broadside is signed by the artist and the poet, all number 47 of 55 numbered copies. Handsomely printed, the broadsides are very attractive. One of a number of similar portfolios produced by The Starwheel Press, which was co-edited by George Szirtes and Clarissa Upchurch. An early production of the press, which began in 1978.
