Black cloth. 8vo. Printed dust jacket. First edition with 1965 date on title page. With laid-in bookplate signed by Albee. A very good copy with light wear. There is a small ink owner's inscription on the upper corner of the inside cover else the text is very good and clean. The jacket is good with some soiling and some chips and tears along the top edge and to the spine tips. The front jacket flap is price-clipped.
