Return Policy
We accept returns only in the case of a company error, such as undisclosed damage or if the item received is not as described. If you believe there?s been an error, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
You must contact us first before returning any item.
The book must be returned in its original condition.
All returns must be securely packaged . We strongly suggest you purchase insurance for your return. We cannot provide a full refund for a return that has been damaged in transit or has gone missing.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and, if an error on our part is confirmed, issue a full refund, including:
The original purchase price
The cost of return shipping (with receipt or proof of cost)
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7?14 business days of receipt.

FREE shipping is for USPS Media MAIL shipping which you receive in 3-12 business days. WE SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER, OFTEN SOONER. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. EXPRESS SHIPPING AND GIFT WRAPPING ($5.00 extra cost) ARE AVAILABLE.
