Presumed First Edition or First Canadian Edition (author was Canadian). Arthur Heming dustjacket art and illustrations. 'The Three Sapphires, one for Brahm, the Creator, one for Vishnu, the Preserver, and one for Siva, the Destroyer, are necessary to Prince Anada, an ambitious Indian Rajah. How he obtains the sacred stones involves a prodgious international plot'. This copy inscribed and signed by Fraser to Charles Agnew MacLean, editor of The Popular Magazine and editor-in-chief of the large group of publications issued by the firm of Street and Smith. Very Good, discoloration to lower front cover from moisture exposure, in Very Good dustjacket, light stain at lower spine end.
