Item description from seller

SIGNED & briefly INSCRIBED by the author/artist in blue ink on title page: "To Mr Bradstreet, Peter Lyssiotis, 1986". The recipient of the author's inscription is former bookshop owner Jack Bradstreet. The book was purchased during the closing-down-sale of Bradstreet's Bookshop in Hawthorn, its closure in 2015 being the sad loss of another good local bookshop. A book of 4 photo-narratives by the Australian artist: The Great Wall Of Australia; The Betrayal; The Fall; Three Cheers For Civilization. Numerous full-colour illustrations throughout. LIMITED EDITION. One of 1,200 copies printed. Unpaginated. Trove classifies it as: "92 unnumbered pages, 46 unnumbered leaves of plates, chiefly colour illustrations, 1 colour map, 1 colour portrait". Thin large format volume. Printed in Australia. Bound in original grey wraps with white lettering to front & spine, purple endpapers, in publisher's wraparound unclipped pictorial dustjacket. A very nice clean tight solid softcover copy. The dustjacket is now protected in a removable clear mylar cover. Unpaginated (rear flap states 96pp). Uncommon title, scarce signed copy. RARE. SB-31.
