That is because I would rather receive a lower price by pointing out every flaw than incorrectly describe an item just to obtain a higher selling price. My ethical standard is to never, ever, grade an item as better than it actually is. Instead, you should receive an item that is exactly what you ordered, if not better! If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
