This second autobiography by Leonard Nimoy is a follow-up to his first memoir, titled I Am Not Spock. Many fans felt the first memoir was an attempt to reject his popular character of Spock, but Nimoy clarified that he was trying to differentiate between his personal life and the fictionalized character.
