Original black ribbed cloth stamped in red, floral eps. Stated first edition. Presentation copy inscribed to Florence Lewis, in San Francisco, 1926. Cloth somewhat rubbed/dulled, slight corner bumps. The DJ is mounted to a thin paper, allowing the ads on verso to be read. There are losses to corners and flap, chipping/closed tears, pull to spine. Housed in a bespoke slipcase. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; Signed by Author.
