The ink and watercolour drawing is clear and bold, with pencil sketch lines also remaining visible. Clean and clear across the image surface, with some light browning and thumbing to the page edges, and some small nicks and tears at edges, not encroaching upon the piece itself. The published page on the rear is worn at the corners but the colours and lines remain clear and unmarked, giving a good impression of the final version of the drawn image.
